Bus car wash machine T6
The bus washer is designed for trucks, buses, large container trucks, construction vehicles and other vehicles with intelligent and automatic vehicle washing functions. It is suitable for bus and passenger systems, logistics systems and various vans. The equipment is controlled by an electronic control (French Schneider PLC programmable controller) system for the automatic operation of the whole set of equipment. The machine can realize the continuous washing, brushing, air-drying and reuse of wastewater (optional) of vehicles in an efficient and fast way.
Electrical control and operating workstations
The fully electromechanical control system is installed in the electrical control cabinet of the frame and realises the automatic control of the car wash by means of an electrically operated workbench. The core of the control system is the programmable controller, which is detected by photoelectric sensors and proximity switches and controlled by current sensors to realise the automatic program for brush sets, water spraying and walking. The programmable controller and the main electrical components such as photoelectric sensor, photoelectric switch and current sensor are imported international famous brands to ensure the reliability of the whole machine performance.
Complete machine frame
The frame of the car wash is made of steel with sandblasting, zinc spraying and plastic spraying treatment. The outside of the frame is covered with stainless steel plates and consists of four parts: left and right columns, base and top frame.
Cleaning brushes

Six brushes: four large standing brushes and two skirt brushes to clean the front, sides and rear of the vehicle.
The new foam bristles used by the company are solid, non-porous, soft and safe, non-damaging to the paintwork, non-muddy, non-absorbent, non-tangle, anti-ageing and wear-resistant. The brush tubes are made of special aluminium alloy, which is lightweight and durable.
Air-drying systems
The SHINEWASH T6 fixed air drying system, with high power fixed side air x 6, with a single machine power of 5.5kw, is safer and more powerful to blow dry the surface of the car at close range, with an air drying effect of about 90%.
Water Retention Facilities
The structural frame of the car wash is equipped with a water barrier, which is made of a stainless steel skeleton with a new type of resistant board, which is both beautiful and sturdy.
Water supply system
The water supply unit consists of a fresh water and reuse water system, including pumps, piping, valves etc.
